Authors

At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered before July 31, 2016.
Once the program committee has accepted your abstract for oral or poster presentation, you must complete your payment of your registration fee by 31 July, 2016. If payment is not received by this date, your abstract will be withdrawn.

Students

Students registration rates are available only to undergraduate and graduate students who have not received their Ph.D yet.
Students must upload a proof of their student status (student ID or certificate) as a pdf file or send it by fax (+81-76-464-5322). Student registration will be validated upon receipt of the proof of status.

The conference registration fees include:
  • A printed abstract book
  • Lunches from Monday to Wednesday

1.Credit card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. The online system uses secure encryption to protect your card and personal details.

2.Bank transfer

Details for the bank transfer will be received via e-mail after selecting this payment method during the registration process. All handling charges are to be paid by registrants.

Once registration is validated, registrants will receive an e-mail. Registration by phone or by fax will not be processed. For any question, please contact the secretariat.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the secretariat. The following conditions will be applied:

  • Before June 30, 2016: 100% refund with a deduction of administrative fee JPY 5,000.
  • After July 1, 2016: no refund

All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Visa Information

Participants who need to obtain a visa to enter Japan should apply in person at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in their country and such arrangements may take up to a few months, so it is advised that you should start its preparation early.
If you need to obtain a visa, you may need some documents from Japanese organizer, such as “a letter of reason for invitation.” Please fill out the visa inquiry form and send it to the secretariat. We will send you the original documents by air mail.

You may be also required to submit your schedule in Japan. For this document, we need your flight information. As soon as you finish your booking flight, please inform us your schedule in Japan with schedule form.
